Tactics 4-2-3-1 2DM Convert

Hello everyone! Forgive me if my English is not very good

 

I decided to try converting best tactic from fm24 PC in fm-arena called Katana 4231p,champs in my 2nd season managing taunton town and i holiday all games from that season,halfway through the 3rd season and placed 6th.The thing that makes me the most confused is the player instructions on FM PC while not on mobile, even tactics are only mentioned in "simple".Give it a try and i need suggestions from all of you,thanks!

Did you say you holiday’ed through the 2nd season? If so,nice been told (on this forum?) that your assistant manager doesn’t really use your roles / tactical I structure is + the FMM game simulates the match results / stats differently than if you play it yourself 😞

I wonder how it was determined that your assistant is using something different than what you have set up. Where did you get that statement from, because when we go on vacation, we don't see the match to say that your assistant doesn't use your tactics?

Well,that's true.But,i see some match Reports from the holiday'ed game my assistant still uses same tactical structure as me even tho he is 4-1-2-2-1 guy.I played several matches and the results were quite good even though they were against teams that could be said to be better than my teams.
