Chat Loaning out youngsters

I’m in the championship and have a top youth academy. My affiliate clubs are in the vanarama south (this is the highest I get offered).

Does it matter what level they are playing as long as they get regular game time ?

I like sending all my players out to my affiliate’s. But am I better off sending them on loan to better leagues or does it not matter ?

The level of matches relative to the ability of the player will affect how much they improve. If the player is too good for national league for example, they won’t improve much, equally if you play them in too high a league they’ll be overwhelmed and not develop. 
 

That said, if you offer them out on loan they tend to reject the move if they’re too good for it so that takes that side out of the equation. I try and get them to the best club where they look like they’ll dominate. If they’re the best player in the team they’ll be the first name on the team sheet and do well.
