4-2-3-1 offensive formation used for my Sunderland, scored more than 100 goals and won the championship  100+ points.

Had to sell the best players :'(, Clarke and Roberts on January transfer window, manage to replace Roberts with the well known Bardghy and Clarke with the central mid Ba.

Let me know if you want some more info!

43! goals conceded is a lot, try changing the role to one of DC - to SW. In this scheme the vulnerable DM zone is where you have no one there, BBM is a very mobile role that often drops its position, if your BBM will be high up then your DC will have to fill the DM zone, which is very risky if the opponent has a player there in the AM zone, your SW should remedy the situation by keeping behind everyone and insuring. This seems to me to be one of the few ways to miss less with this 4231 scheme, unless you want to change the role of one of your BBMs, this tactic of yours reminds me of Dan English's tactic. Hope this is useful to you.

Hi!
Yes i indeed made some changes to be more cautious, switch the couple of BBM with RPM - BBM or RPM - CM.
I also made the switch AP to AM that help to control the center of the field.
But your suggestions are very interesting! thank you very much!
