Help How to convince a player from other team not to retire?

Hi there! Anyone knows if there is a way to convince player not in my team reconsider their retirement plans? If not could I use the editor for help? I wanna sign KDB the end of this season but he seems decided to retire after this season even his form and Attributes are still good. Thanks a lot

You may try like this

1. use in game editor to switch KDB to your team.
2. Persuade him by tap his retiring plan in profile.
