Help Language barrier

 What should one do if a player decides not learn the common language of his club? Sometimes some players are able to learn the language when they are mentored by senior players in the team. There are others who no matter what will not learn the language so I'm asking will the player learn eventually or not. I usually sell them immediately they decide not to learn or should I let the player stay for a while?
