Tactics Ultimate non-league tactic (4-1-2-1-2)

EDIT, END OF SEASON 1, 2 AND 3 RESULTS IN COMMENTS

I believe after months of tinkering I've finally found the best tactic for lower league/non-league sides. 

It is an amalgamation of many tactics I've tested (for example the midfield 3 is taken from the blackhawk) 

Half way through a save with Rushall Olympic (the worst team in the conference north, they almost always finish close to bottom 3) and I'm really enjoying it. As you can see the editor is turned off and no rich benefactor is on as I haven't even unlocked that still. You'll also notice the few players I signed are not super stars but they are solid for this level. Mostly loans and a few freebies I picked up from championship/league1 reserve teams. 

The instructions you see in the pictures are the standard instructions, however I change mentality to balanced and back line to balanced if I'm against a strong side or a side with 3 up front. (Against Peterborough in the cup I went to counter and balanced back line and got hammered but managed to scrape through. Not expectingmuch against Crystal Palace in the next round)

Defensively it's really strong when my 1st choice back 4 is available which unfortunately has been only 1 in 3/4 games due to injuries/suspensions. Offensively it's a monster tactic. There was an 8-0 win in there but my phone died on the 85th minute. (Won 3-0 2nd time round)

Season 2 went even better. This tactic is the core of Blackhawk but for me personally this is better. Won the league by miles, quarter final of the FA Cup as a conference team and the final of the FA trophy. What a season

Switched to this with Eastleigh...bear in mind it's 2035 on my game they were 9th with 10 games to go....managed to win the league with this 👍

You're welcome bro. It's core is the Blackhawk tactic but I think this works even better than that. For me at least anyway. Enjoy

Working wonders for me at Guijuelo following your instructions too.

What kinda players should I look for though? I guess somewhat similar to Black Hawk but not for the roles that aren't the same?

SK - all the main keeper attributes plus pace and technique

IWBs - passing, movement, positioning, and all the standard defence attributes  however make sure your defenders have a bit of pace about them if you're playing the high line. 

RP, B2B, - same as Blackhawk, movement is important as well as passing, technique and shooting.

SS - shooting, movement are most important as with any striker.

IFs - dribbling, you're playing run with ball and they're you're main guys for that so they need good dribbling, technique, shooting, pace and strength. 

You want good passing teamwork, and technique all round, even the keeper if possible. 

If you're starting a lower/non-league save then set the search parameters to minimum of 8 on each attribute you're looking for. Adjust that number the higher up the leagues you go

Season 3 results. Not as God as season 2 but ts a tougher league of course. I just quit too and Joined league 1 rivals Burton for season 4.

You're welcome. I can't take all the credit. I put it together using a mixture of 4/5 tactics I found on the site. But glad to see something I created is helping you out

Season 4 complete. I left Rushall after 3 successive promotions and joined Burton. As you can see it took a while to get going but once the players got used to the tactic there was no stopping them. Just look at the difference between the final table and after we'd played 28 games. The tactic works, you just gotta stick with it sometimes. (I did change to a balanced defensive line a lot more thisnseason due to having slower defenders) On a sadder note. Rushall went straight back down to league 2 by 1 point. They were staying up on goal difference until the 86th minute of the final day.

Nice tactic! I've now go the 2 ifs where you are, a SS to the left. B2B on the centre right, and TM up front, working wonders, yours looks really well set up

That sounds good, I might have to try that if I need a goal late on.

Season 5, I left Burton after 14 games into my 2nd seafter only 18 months with them. Joined Blackburn and finished 2nd. Tactic works much better when your defenders have pace. I've noticed that having IWBs with some creativity is a bonus too in this system. Oh and some good youngsters are finally breaking into the 1st team which is awesome

I didn't make it available for download. Not sure how to do it. Just copy the tactics manually

In case anybody is still looking... I tried all the usual tactics in the English conference (blackhawk, slick etc) and they all failed badly - players just weren't good enough. This tactic, however, is absolutely amazing. Completely turned around my fortunes. Use it! Just need a few good loans and you'll dominate.

Happy to hear that. So far in this years game this is the only tactic I've created that consistently works.

I took Southend from Vanarama to the Championship with it. Championship has been tough though! I'm languishing in the bottom half of the table. Probably just an inferior squad at this point.

Dude, this tactic is cheat codes! Just finished my first season with Salford, and we walked the league. Very consistent. Great offensively while being sound defensively. Great work!
