I’m now in the premier league and have chosen a Portuguese and Italian club as my affiliates.

Am I likely to see Portuguese and Italian players come through my youth academy or does it have no effect ?

Unfortunately no.

But you can send your players to those Portuguese + Italian clubs, so they can (hopefully) get first team football / develop.

That’s a shame may as well just stick to English affiliate clubs then !!
