Help How to 'skip' matches?

So, I really don't have a lot of time at hand these days but i do enjoy the game, mostly the transfers and team building. 

Is there a way to skip the matches? 

Currently, I play with commentary only, no highlights and at max speed but I can't seem to be able to disable the text commentary.

But then the assistant won't play my best players, rather, choosing to play some random backup player

In the PC version, you can pin players into positions, is there a way to do that here?
