Help Fix My Tactics

Hi. First time posting here. Hope to get the required help. I have been playing this game for quite a long time. 

Started with Southampton. Won Every Trophy. Then Coached Australia (Only won the Asian Cup) Coached England (Won the World Cup and 3 Euros) Now Started with Atalanta. First Few Seasons were Alright as we were a lower mid table team. Transformed them into a league winner and Champions League regular. Starting of the Season we were scoring 4 5 goals every game. Suddenly I have seen a drop of form as in only scoring 1 or 2. Still Winning but I want More Goals. We have also started Drawing games now. Here are my Tactics
