Help Help with academy players

Hello my friends

So i got this save that i have been doing for a long time now, a lot of great players have retired, but the problems is some of their regen dont seem to be appearing in the game, when i load save with AM24 the app does show them but the in the club part it says that they have no club or are free, but again when i search for them in game they do not exist.

Even after a looooooooooooooong time (around 8 or 9 season) the regen players dont seem to exist in the game but are still in the app with 'none' club, i thought that one way to solve this its my moving them to a different club through hex editing, but because they have no current club i dont now if the proccess of moving clubs its different, so I was wondering if anyone knew possible solutions for this problem.

Nah bro they just don't appear I had a save where I wanted to attempt a 1kc with Mbappe's regen but his regen was one of those players that don't show up in game. @Scratch, you keep saying they are academy player and they will eventually appear but they don't, it would be better to confirm what's up with that with the game devs I think

Can you tell me what is Regen? How to know them? How to know which player's Regen they are?

A regen is a player who has retired and will come through a youth academy of a club with a different name yet the same positions and similar mental stats, and the same Potential Ability.

Like in my new save cristiano Ronaldo is retiring this season so does that mean I can get his Regen next season? If yes so how can I find him

Well you can do it in two ways, one is after he retires start searching for a portuguese ST with right foot as his dominant foot an search throught the most younger ones, one of them is going to be ronaldo, but that isnt very effective and nothing guarantees you that the regen is going to be in the game right after he retires (sometimes it takes 1 o 2 seasons, sometimes its instantly), so i would recommend you to use the AM24 app, just load the save and search for a portuguese player with his same PA (196 i think)

But I want to ask will they came from any team's academy or will generate automatically?

If they come from an active nation, then they should come back through an academy. If they come from a nation that's not active, they can come back anywhere and be aged anywhere from 16 to 25.

So for Ronaldo, if Portugal is loaded as a playable nation/league etc, then he should come back as an academy player at a Portuguese club. If Portugal is not loaded he can come at any club, a Portuguese one, or Inter, or wherever (but not a club from a loaded nation).

Interesting! I haven't seen this, but then I haven't played a long save this year, so I'm going off what happened in previous versions. In previous versions I have see people take 3 to 4 years to come back, but never longer than that. Maybe I'll do test save and look at this more

In my save, Mbappe retired in June 2034 but I haven't seen him yet after one year (I'm on season 2034/35 now). Will report and come back if Mbappe shows up in the next season or not. So far, I have managed to identify almost, if not all of the regens of 5 star players that have retired in my save. Neuer, Ter Stegen, Alisson, Ederson, VVD, Modric, KdB, Suarez, Ronaldo, Lewandowski, Kane, Messi, Neymar, Benzema, Bale, Salah, etc. They can show up either right after the player retires, or 1-2 months later, or 1-3+ seasons later. You need to pay attention on their nationality, position and value. Usually the value of these regens is relatively higher than other young players.

One thing to note is that in FMM23 the regen could be a different nationality. I'm not sure if it's the same for FMM24, but could explain why you can't find certain players
