So I am starting a 1kc challenge at cletic

After testing a lot of tactics I have my 2 tactics which are good for me one for starting at the save when team is not that strong but when team gets strong I have another tactics for that and that got my Ferguson to score 130 goals in a season

Now talking about this save I am doing it with weiper

After a fairly long research I found this but if anyone know a better player for mentoring then please suggest

Transfers

I was struggling with funds so I sell furuhashi with is sell I got freedom to buy enough players for this season and this isn't end I think because I want a RWB and I am in July so I will look for him

I will post the results of season 1 in 1 or 2 days

And at last does anyone know how to sell unwanted players because I put them on list but not any other club puts a bid on them so how will I sell them

And at last I want to give credit to @Scratch And @MikeF because I am now at this game and I don't know much about it but they helped me really well and I have learned alot from them and I also want to mention @Dai_ he is also one of whom I have learned many things about this game

I am back with season 1

Season 1

The lad

A bad start to the challenge only 34 goals in 48 games. I think that's because of in November month 'Needs to mature if wants improve further' starts showing and his development gets stoped. It removes on April and he gets very good development in 1 month. But I am a little bit worry about his stamina I hope I can improve it.

Team stats

We won every possible trophy domasticaly but got out of groups of CL because of a very tough group where we had inter Milan and feyenoord

Wingers doesn't do well only one player got 2 digit in assists. And in match crosses was like 35 attempted and only 5 or 7 completed. I think that's because of I have only one good winger. Pavon. But for 2nd season roony is ready with 16 Crossing. 

I hope in 2nd season the team do well and our lad can have a great season

Search for players with team work above 16+ u will find good personality players for mentoring!!!

Is this method for finding mentors for wingers or midfielders?

For any player on any position bro, good mentors usually have good work rate which is one of the attributes that make a player have good teamwork

For any position!!! Work rate over 16+ is must for mentors!!! And some old players with good personality can mentor any one expect GK !!! This 2 players are good for mentoring even forward and defenders!!! Cancel mentoring when u get message about players mentoring partnership !!!

A little update on tactics. I have switched to the tactics which gave Evan Ferguson 130 goals in a season in my other save 

So this is the tactics if anyone wants to tweak and use it then feel free to.

A little update on lad

He got injured in the very beginning of season 2. He was just starts to develop and boom injury came in the way. This is not very long injury so I hope his stats will not get dropped.
