Tactics DOMINANT 3-2-1-4 (Tactic that Beat Real Madrid 8-0!!)

 Share

Recommended Posts

Decided to start a new save with Queens Park in the Scottish Championship with this tactic. Won the old division 1 in my first season gaining promotion to the Premier League.

In my 2nd season (first season in premier league) came 2nd and to be honest i thought i was going to win at one point but hit a form slump and every team talk I had didn’t have the desired effect….

3rd season - won the Premier League and Scottish Cup.

All achieved with very little funds and signing free transfers / loanees.

Just started a new save with Torquay, only played one league game, then came here to read more comments, noticed yours and yes it's only one game but won 5-0 away but used it on 'Control' mentality and took 'shoot on sight' off. Will play some more games obviously and see how it goes.

What was the results on the season?

Can this tactics be modified to make it become more attacking?

After the update it doesn't score as much. How can I change this. Do I need to edit something?

There's evidence posted only 15 hours ago that it does.

Maybe look at your squad and see if it's a personnel issue. Do you have players suited to the roles etc.

Yes I have suited players. Should I maybe change player roles,?

No you don't need to change the roles.

Better players will help but I'm not sure why you don't think it's effective. What forwards are you using? Are they missing too many chances? Do they need better decision making or shooting ratings?

I've had no trouble with any team I've tried the tactic with.

I'm not winning by big margins. He for 155 league goals with Leeds and I'm getting 100 with mancity imagine that? My players are done with good attributes and all world-class

There will be a reason as there always is. People are getting lots of goals using weak and world class teams so the proof is there that it works.

Keep playing around with different player relationships (if those are strong you'll be a lot better) in your team and different combinations until you start to score more is all I can really suggest from here.

This is a really great tactic but I tweaked some and now better.

Change width balanced,

Change Overlap runs, run at defence and work into box

I don't post very often, but thought i would to show the success I've had with this tactic with Liverpool. I have used this tactic explicitly from that start, including the set piece instructions. Retrained TAA to CM, and sold all other Full Backs.

1st Season - sorry didn't get any screenshots.

Looking forward to the 3rd season. Brought in Beraldo as VVD replacement when he retires at the end of this season, although my other CBs are operating just fine. Salah is also due to retire at the end of the season, but Bardghji has been fantastic in the 2nd team in the FR position.

IMG_0015.thumb.png.80b7912bbf8a9bf775965af1afa63b5a.pngIMG_0016.thumb.png.b8b19053a7e487350d745d94a972e78a.pngIMG_0017.thumb.png.b521c63a76cc7854084848c371a26ff9.pngIMG_0021.thumb.png.b430e5c6f18d806ccf386a4a588f4d76.png

Do you change role of 2 striker?

Because my AP and CM shoot very much so 2 striker score not good

Thanks for this tactic. I’m on a journeyman game which started with (4-3-3 back then) getting sacked at the end of a Liverpool challenge and dropping down to Sutton Utd, moving to Stockport, Bolton and then West Ham. I was almost getting sacked as West Ham manager and then found this tactic.

It hasn’t been totally smooth sailing. After a good start with it, form dropped off, and every time I played a half decent team I would concede 4-5 goals. Had a really bad run mid-season in year 2 and almost got sacked again. The only bit of the tactics I didn’t have applied at this point was far post delivery on corners.

It seemed the cause (although I’m not sure what came first) was a bit of a player mutiny around stifling club culture and daunting style of play. So I left the team view on “Happiness” and monitored closely, selling off players who had a serious problem.

Things got better last year and we won the Premier League (only by 5 points) and lost the Champs League final.

Personally I like that the tactic isn’t proving a total hack for me. You still need to get other things right and you go into games not 100% sure you’ll win! This keeps it realistic and interesting. What it does provide for me is a fun tactic where lots of different players get involved in the goals, and you don’t get many of the boring 0-0s and 1-0s which I think are too common in FMM when playing 4-3-3. It feels like a tactic that makes the game as it should be so you enjoy the more strategic elements.
