Tactics 4-1-2-2-1 West Ham Test “Suggestions”

Hi All, still playing but not really posting anymore, I have found this version frustrating, especially as in the Prem it already knows Man City, Arsenal and Liverpool will finish top, the question is could I prevent it but with a lower team not expected to challenge for the top spot, more try for maybe a European place or even Champions league, hello West Ham.

Please test and suggest help, but please I ask the positions stay the same, more can the roles can be improved????

anyway here goes, bought a few players and loaned the highest profile players I could, striker was a disappointment especially as Bowen scored more playing up front. Final position was 3rd, Semi final of both league cup and Euro cup, won the FA cup so not a bad season overall, I haven’t tried any lower leagues yet, maybe see what I can do with a Non league side.

Goals - disappointing as you can see I tried Poacher, AP, CF etc, but I felt PF give a better play all round

Assists - There was a decent amount of assists, maybe better players can improve this?

Av.Rating - got some good results from players with lower stats, 2 star and 3 star players had some really good games with these instructions

I hope that FM25 mobile improves in that aspect, here in FM24 the Premier League is designed for Manchester City to win, I'm currently in my first season looking to get promoted to Leicester, then I'll try this tactic

I just think there should be a more even spread with buying players, if you transfer list a player worth say £20m, everyone offers £15 and won't budge, yet other teams have a player worth £9.5m and you have to pay £30m+ to get him, it's just not reasonable when it comes to transfers in my opinion

I'm really surprised bowen was the top scorer for you, I've tried a West ham save a couple times but for me, bowen was always useless, couldn't get more than 15 g/a. I wonder if I'm doing something wrong with my tactics that causes wingers to be so sh*t.

How bizarre, but that just shows how different this game has become, it changes depending on your other players, another team could have all goals by striker or with the IFs, did you change anything to improve it?
