NOTE.

Your sweeper goalkeeper should be "good on the ball" scout for that.

USE A BAll playing CB N/B. should have atleast movement of 13 and technique > 13 

Fullbacks should have the same as cbs but movement should be 14> and I like prowess alot.

Midfield  should have tech. Of 14 and movement of 16 strength of atleast 14.

Find an anchor with movement of 14 and tech. Of 14.

Buy a Central forward, n/b central forward with Arial ability of atleast 13. Strength of 17.

Wingers should have passing of >15 and strength of >16.

To get the Professor I think you just win games with three different formations/styles.
