Help Advice - Training hot prospects

Recommended Posts

Hello

Need Advice...I have signed some hot prospects with high potential in one of my saves. My training and youth facilities are at max....is it worth loaning those out to lesser teams with worse training facilities or leaving in my reserve team with top rated facilities?

Basically which way will develop players quicker?

I noticed that if you have 5 stars training and youth facilities and keeps players in reserve they doesn't develop that well.

But loaning players to other small clubs it affiliate clubs is very effective because they get match time there.

And noting beats game time in development.

So my advice is loan them to your affiliate clubs or any other small clubs where they gurenteee gets play time.

Agree with @MegaBoi

To add to this, it is also important to monitor your player progress on load. If they are performing poorly, I recall them and try to loan them elsewhere.
