Chat Training intensity

Just curious, how does training intensity work?

Does it:

• Quickly improve player's abilities when set to HIGH?

• Affect fitness level after a match?

• Increase/decrease injury chances during training sessions or matches?

I'd love some answers, please.

I think the training tab has like a particular date that the training gets effective. Say weekends, that's like your players get upgrades in whatsoever attribute you're training them on, on that day.

And matches help too. That bar that fills up after each match, when full, your players get a qualitative upgrade in attributes and experience

Training can help players level up, but honestly playing them is much much much more effective at levelling them up. And can make them more tired and can make them more likely to be injured.

I have a Bale regen with very high injury proneness and has never been injured during training because he is on Low Intensity. He does still get injured occasionally during games.

And this chap has been on Low Intensity training for his whole career, so I can maximize his playing time:

He levelled up fast because he was playing and getting good ratings.

What you do is incredible, how do you get to those levels with the players is something I will never achieve, did I achieve very good things? Yes but at that level it's crazy. I take off my hat

Okay, 9.60 rating is outrageous at this point. I've had some good average ratings, 8.55 my best with Arder Guler. I guess the Aerial ability is key in this version.

So you're basically saying setting a player on low intensity allows more playing time because he would get faster recovery time after matches?

Noo, that's not what he meant. His bale Regen player is injury prone. So, if he puts him on heavy intensity training and matches, the player will get drained easily, and don't forget he's also injury prone. What hee saying id that, he puts training intensity on low, and gets the player to play more matches.

And that's true cos, for a young player, playing games id the best way to develop. It'd be better to play them against weaker oppositions first. The better they play, the better the rating, and the faster the growth.

I always start my manager as motivational, so that my players have good mentals, especially 'capable under pressure', that way they perform even better.

The guy below is my defender, from my youth academy. I didn't give him out on loan, and gave him playing time steadily. Now he's won a 'world footballer for the year's. I was shocked too😂

I've not had a defender win something of this sort before. Crazy! 😂
