Such as Determination, Professionalism etc.

Ugh.. my wonderkids has the worst personality such as "Rash" (not determined, somehow unprofessional)

Well this could be fixed by using Gold badge motivational coach (will applied the next youth intake)

OR

By mentoring them to a good personality player, for example your wonderkids has "Rash" and need to fix his professionalism, mentor him to a player such as Giroud (any player works as long they have the needed personality even its out of the kid's position), and wait for next message of "progress have been made" then cancel their mentoring and after that the kid will have the mentor's personality.

Not getting the personality you want? Just save and reload before cancelling their mentorship.

But this only works to players under the age of 24 so it would be likely impossible to fix "Somehow Unprofessional" player older than age of 24, but i think when that player got red card and you give him the exact discipline it would fix some of his personality.

OR

Save Editing.

Most people would asks:

Q: Isn't that cheating/hacking?

A: Yes it's considered to be cheating/hacking in my opinion and we're doing it for educational purposes.

Q: Why should i do that when i got the in-game editor ?

A: You can't edit personality using the in-game editor.

 

As you can see i edited Emre Can's personality and now he got that out of the world personality.

The "Determined" might can't be seen but i actually edit it into max stat.

How is it Possible?

As i mentioned before we are editing the save files of the game.

file name example: fmm_save_1.fms

Its required basic hex editing skills and alot of tests.

By using one of the provided tool by Mr @Scratch "AM24" apk.

Since the save file is basically a huge data file, i need to find the player's exact id or information location such as their CA/PA or even Personality.

 

If you copy each hex string and go to its address:

- for the "Main Record" its containing the player's age and some half of their personality

- and "Attributes/CA/PA:" containing player's attributes, some of personality attributes, CA or PA, or foot usability or even position suitability.

- for "Contract Section" i haven't tried anything yet but my best guess is its containing the player's contract information.

By editing the attributes, import the save into the game, and see if there's any changes made, i've edited Emre Can's into an impossible player without any help of the in-game editor:

 

The point about this post is the "fastest way to fix player's personality" does exist but its also the "not-fun way" and complicated.

Once again i post this for educational purposes.

Maybe the dev need to add encryption to the game's save files.

To support what you are saying, I do the first two methods myself.

1. My youth academy graduates have MUCH better personalities - when I either have a ‘motivational’ speciality myself (as the manager) or have a silver / gold ‘motivational’ coach.
2. My younger players (aged <=23) get much better personalities - through the method you explained. On some saves, I quit / reload until I get the personality improvement I wanted. On other saves, I accept whatever personality change occurs (so in this situation I am much more selective about only having great older mentors!)

Have never tried the 3rd method. Thanks for writing it up!

2. You’ll get a news item stating you’ve cancelled it - if it states there’s been an improvement, that’s good. If it doesn’t state an improvement, that usually means there’s been a decrease.
