Help Transfer recommendation

I need a transfer suggestion for lower league teams, I hope an answer will come, for example, for teams like HSV, that is, for teams with small budgets.

Okay Ive got some ballers. Number one and the best player on this list by far is the romanian left winger "alexandru mitrita". If you cant find him in search just look up romanian wingers. he's 28 and plays for universitatea craiova. for only 4.3 mil which you can also negotatie to smaller he is a steal of a winger. Just scored 24 goals and assisted 17 in 43 games in my celtic save including a hattrick against juventus in the champions league 1st leg. (we lost the 2nd one on pens but ignore that) Number 2 is the swiss striker "kwadwo duah". He's not the best striker ever and is  unprofessional but he's a solid back up for when I did a burton albion save. best season was 12 goals and 2 assists in 30 games. as a back up. Number 3 is the german wonderkid "bright arrey-mbi" plays for hannover and should cost less than 5 mil. at first he's only a backup but he goes up really and fast and really good. another is "andy derlot" good free agent striker, best season ive had with him was managing vitesse and he popped in with 20 goals and 7 assists. a good goalie would be the mexican free agent ochoa. a soild back up that develops fast and could be a starter one day. but if you want a good one right know Ill have to go with "moises ramirez". all though being a bit more expenisve he's the future of the ecuadorian golden generation. A good cheap midfeilder would be "jorday alcivar", another player for the exuadorian golden generation or hell just the entire independiente del valle team. that place is a gold mine. also a good place to look is levante. they have so many cheap wonderkids that I cant name in this. "guliherme arana". an amazing left back I use alot but his wage is killing me. "gustavo gomez" a solid centerback.
