I need help finding a tactic that will win me nearly every match

Hello Pep - welcome back to these forums 😉 

More seriously, to answer your question, I do NOT think there is a tactic which will help you to win nearly every match, with almost any team.

If you have a completely dominant team (e.g. PSG in France, Bayern in Germany, Celtic in Scotland) ✅  then many tactics will help you win nearly every (domestic) match.

If you use a few seasons of building a world-class squad (and weakening your rivals) ✅ then many tactics will help you win nearly every (domestic and international) match.

However if you use a non-dominant squad (e.g. Man Utd, Lille, Lazio … in season one) ❌ and assuming you don’t cheat (quit + reload, or use editor, etc) … then there’s no tactic we have found so far which will help you win nearly every match …

… it seems there is NO tactic which is a cheat code - tactics can bring out the best of your squad, but won’t turn poor quality players into a league dominating team.

Just my opinion 🙂

You might wanna try this Super Offensive tactic.

 

Some results:

 

Even though this tactic requires a big team and alot of attacking players, but it's still possible on lower league teams.

It doesn't need a big team it just requires you to build a squad to fit the roles, or train players into the roles.

I'm using it with QPR and it's doing well.

True, but what i mean by big team is a team that has natural role on each position which is better than retrained position player since there is no full/wing-backs it would be pretty challenging to rebuild the squad.

 

By the way how many seasons have you managed QPR using this tactic?

I've been using it for almost 2 seasons in my Liverpool save.

Half a season.

I'm now in season 2 having built the squad (not finished) for the tactical roles and it's already performing a lot lot better.

I've really been enjoying this tactic lately. Takes a few games for it to work for some reason, but really solid.

Mostly i don't, but when it comes to playing against a big team and im playing smaller team, i would try to:

 

• Drop the IFs into wide midfielder position and switch two of them into Defensive Winger role and also turning on the man-marking (this causes to block crosses from the opposition's fullbacks or wingbacks).

• Switching the AMC into DMC into BWM or Anchor role (depends on what tempo you like).

• Switching those three centre backs role into NCBs so opposition's forward wouldn't get any gameplay

 

With defence options:

• Defensive Line: Deep

• Pressing: Sit Back

• Tackling: Normal or Committed

• Time Wasting: On

• Mentality: Defensive (or Contain only when it's 80+ minutes)

 

With this settings im hoping that i wouldn't get humiliated by any bigger team 😉

Ok. What if I turned one of the midfielders into bbm.. and how many league goals did you get?
