Help Issue with Real Name Fix

I'm trying to change the names of clubs and leagues to their real name, and for the clubs, working 100%, but for leagues, it's not changing, and I wanna to know, like, I'm installing the Real Name Fix from the FMMVibe, and I made everything correct: Past/Copy the "changes.txt" to the "folder", reloading skin when I enter the game, and even started a new game to see if fixed, but not. I'm little worried with this. Some help?

Try to delete everything inside the "Caches" folder and then use "Reload Skin" again in the setting.

You may need one more "" in club strings.
