Has anyone else been experiencing a bug in which some players who choose to represent a different nation internationally other than the one they start with, end up being displayed as having represented their starting nation, whilst still being shown as having declared for their other nation.

This mainly happens with players with more than two nationalities when they choose their third nation (e.g. Michael Olise representing Nigeria, Djed Spence representing Jamaica).

This bug also makes it so that if you ever remove one of these bugged players from your current national team selection, you can never bring them back because they are shown as playing for a different country.

I've attached the example of Djed Spence in my Spurs save, who switched to Jamaica but is shown as English.
