So i was trying to create a defensive strategy and learnt something i felt i should share.

If you adjust your width to wide, you're encouraging more central progression, if you adjust narrow you're asking them [opponents]to progress on the wide area.

Idk if that makes sense

Yes it is make sense, since wide width leave spaces in the center and narrow width leave spaces on both sides of the pitch.

 

Also if you using "All Over" style of defence and combined with wide width but your opponent is using narrow, your players would take a little bit time to press because the spaces and range between your players and the opponents and this applies to the otherwise.

Awesome stuff.

I'm still trying to understand other stuff in the game like what button does what.

I'm trying to figure what a mid block would look like or high block if that exists.

 

But another thing i learnt was that if you play the TRE. In the 9 role, it becomes a false 9, i never knew that.
