This works, surprisingly. Admittedly, I had a strong-ish squad for the EFL Championship (I took over Leeds at the end of the last season where they were relegated from the EPL) but I was both amused and satisfied with the end of season result.

I have everyone training for their intended role but focus set to shooting and at high intensity and have two fitness coaches and two attacking coaches. Two prevention physios and a rehabilitation physio.

Now, onto the good stuff.
