I have seen the fault, if you load turkish league, the promotions wont reflect, so the problem is loading turkish leagues.

There are still some small touches to be made in some places, namely: 

Defender Khusanov, recently transferred to Man. City, is not in the team if I select only the English league, but only after I select the French league, together with the English one, it will appear in City's team.

Szczesny at Barcelona, Moise Kean at Fiorentina, etc., but in the Juventus team, some of the starters are in the reserve team.

try starting the top five together and have a look on that

Names such as Fenerbahçe's new transfers Oğuz Aydın, Filip Kostic, Levent Mercan, Diego Carlos, Milan Skriniar, Mimovic are not in the team. already fixed them. (some is seems to be not available in the database like (Mimovic).
