I don't know what to say n im sorry for bad writing. 

I have My first season ended badly with Newcastle, with 40+ goals conceded. 

in the second season, I tried to come up with new tactics. and my defense is extraordinary.

but now the problem lies in the lack of consistency that ends in a draw.

I want to ask for suggestions, what changes can be made so that this tactic can be more consistent

In the latest version, the results of matches are much more randomly than previous version. 

Play against same opponent with same tactics, may get quite different result. 

What we can do 

1. Tweak in each match based on situation. This is very hard wrok. 

2. To use higher quality players.

3. To use tactics with low risk. For example, lower your defense line to balanced.
