Help Mentality How it work ? PI Mentality does this exist?

Hello everyone, as already asked in another topic, I would like clarification.

In the PC version we have two mentalities, that of the team and that of the individual, both clearly visible on the screen.
On the PC version if I have an offensive mentality and a player with a "defense" task I could have the player's mentality as "positive" or "balanced" making me understand about the position he will cover on the pitch.

Furthermore, team mentality affects parameters such as: Team wide, passing pace and passing direction (as well as others).

On FM Mobile we know the Team Mentality Parameter, but we don't know what it actually does. 

It is shown to us as a forward movement of the players on the pitch, but does it have other effects? 

The mentality of the individual player can change based on the roles chosen, but how do I know if a defensive playmaker will defend in the way I need compared to a ball winning man or compared to an anchor or all those with defensive duties defend in the same way and only the movement they have on the pitch changes?

For example, fb role in control team mentality will not go forward and crossing lot. But fb role in attacking team mentality will go forward and crossing a lot.

So, player behavior is the combination of team mentality + role + other institutions

So if you want fb do not go forward in attacking team mentality then you need change his role from fb to dfb

and more or less I can understand this type of interpretation.

Compared to the PC game, player behavior will be much less manageable and predictable. 

I cannot understand which part of the team mentality, single instruction due to the role or team instruction linked to an action influenced the behavior I chose.

Furthermore, I haven't yet understood whether the team mentality affects the pace and width of passes as in the PC version.

All depend on team instruction.. if mentality is attacking then all attack player will not over much help in defense phase..otherwise for defense player..

High defensive line can make your defensive player help in attack phase even you play counter or defensive mentality
