HI do everything as it says but it doesn't work and when I delete the files in the cache the game doesn't open and stays on the start screen the skins of the game are very boring I want to change it

It may be a dumb thing to ask, but how long did you wait at the starting screen after clearing the cache and starting the game?

For me it takes a while, i'd say about 5mins or so... It's a one time thing, though, the next time it starts normally within couple of seconds.
