Hi everyone, i want to ask something bevause I've never seen this before. This message appeared for no reason too. So apparently a youth player is trying to go to my team (Liverpool) and if i do accept it, it will causes "controversy". Any explanation or experience with this message is very accepted, thanks

This is normal in FM 24 especially if you have the title, Star Maker, with this many young players will want to play for you as they believe that you'll help them become superstars  just accept and discuss terms secretly with the player's camp.

I had experience this as well, every time I sign the player (it will create controversy and you will have to play compensation, every time) they turned out to be good and first team material

texts like these (controversy, fans are angry) don't really have an affect whatsoever. If you accept it, a news item will pop up with your new player, with it containing information that your club will be faced with a tribunal trial and it will be decided how much tribunal your club will pay to the other club. 

In my experience, paying the tribunal is absolutely worth it since the players you get are 5 star potential, and you'll only get to pay below 5 mill in tribunal for a player that otherwise would have costed a lot more
