Unlocked "The Professor", tried Man City save with 21 wins at 25th Nov 2023

- look opponent formation
- change XI (set 1 or set 2) or substitute players (3, 1, 1)
- change formation & shape & defence & attack
at
- before start: set A/B/C
- 5th mins: set B/C/A
- 50th mins: set C/A/B
- 75th mins: set D
- Win

I forgot how many season exactly i got it but i think it was 3-4 season where i'm in the year 2032, bought Mbappe, Vini, and Bellingham in my Liverpool save.

I got it when i bought all of the best players in the world in a galactic style save I did with united.

1. During the game, change tactic. That includes change player, the formation, instruction (contain, time wasting etc) 

2. Need to win matches, so probably easier to achieve using strong team.

i think if you approach the game as one where you respond to the situation, you can get  the professor label quite quickly. 

for example, you can adjust your formation simply based on waht your scout has told you. facing a 3 man defence? play twin high IFs to counter that. 3-4-3? make sure you play a 3rd central defender. defending a slender lead or going up against a big team? move you wingers down to be WM/DWs and play on the counter.

chop and change enough and you will get the prof tactic pretty fast i think.

Keep 3-4 working tactics & change it during the game. Also try to tweak player roles during the game.

I don't know the underlying stats about how to get Professor, but I got it as my very first unlock in about half a season like this: 

 

Running a two striker tactic, good aerial striker in the left hand striker slot, TM, with all set pieces targeted to him. Save this tactic as "big left"

 

Change the tactic to an identical tactic, but with the big guy on the right, and adjust the set pieces accordingly. Save this tactic as "big right"

 

As soon as a match kicks off, check the opposition's CBs to have my big guy against their weaker aerial CB, loading the different tactic if needed so that he still get the set pieces. 

 

I don't know if I got it quickly because it was only a little tweak (swapping TM and AF over), whether it was the moving the players around the formation, or whether it was because I loaded a whole "different" tactic (despite it being nearly identical)
