Chat Tactical consultation and second team

Good afternoon, I wanted to ask. Is there a way to make your reserve team or second team play the same tactics as the first team? Same positions and roles? Or does it depend solely on who you put in charge?

Not that I know of buddy, think they just use the same tactic for all b teams or 2nd teams

It changes depending on the preferred tactic of the coach you put in charge. If he has a 5-3-2 he plays like that, 4-3-3 the same and so on, but since no one has the tactic I have, I can't get them to play with it. Thanks for responding on the sidelines.

Looks you have got the answer already.

No, because for example if you play without a central striker or with four forwards or an asymmetric formation it is impossible to find a coach with that formation to manage your second team.
