Tactics Union Berlin 532 -> 3322 Gegenpress

Recommended Posts

Gegenpressing for Union Berlin - tactics for FM 24 Mobile.

Role customization -
Goalkeeper: set the role of a sweeper;

Defenders: two inverted (false) edge defenders on the sides, three central defenders in the center;

Midfield: box-to-box on the left, a deeplying playmaker in the center, and a roaming playmaker on the right side of the box
(if desired, the roaming playmaker can be changed to a box-to-box and the deeplying playmaker to a advanced playmaker);

Offense: a poacher on the left and a pressing forward on the right.

The players are arranged in a 5-3-2 scheme, but in possession the scheme is rather rearranged into a 3-3-2-2.

The false defenders shift into the midfield and form a line of three defensive midfielders who try to intercept the opponent's passes and secure the CD trio. The false defenders also take shots on goal and make passes into the last third of the pitch, they are an integral part of the tactic.

You can switch roles from time to time, such as putting two Box-to-Boxes (instead of RP) and putting an advanced midfielder on the DLP. Both will be good, but the basic option is more effective against bigger teams.

P.S.

As with all tactics, you have to realize that the team has to get used to each other and get used to each other.

Did you play this tactic, did it work for you? With which team?

Here's what the author writes :

"With this tactic, we managed to take 3rd place with 60 points, Borussia Dortmund is in 2nd place also with 60 points, but due to the goal difference they are higher."

II would test it myself, unfortunately but I don't have the new version of the game(
