Help Change player picture of NewGen player

I want to manually change a player picture of a NewGen player. I use the Facegen.fmf for FMM23. 

With the help of the AM23 i got the ID of the player. I created an image (250x250 png file), added it in the graphics folder and edited the config.xml to add the picture, however it doesn't overwrite the picture created by facegen. 

I then opened the facegen.fmf with the ressource archiever to find out how the pictures for the newgen players are added but the config.xml file was basically empty and the pictures were all named different from the player id. 

Does anyone can help me?
