Tactics Miki’s Cerberus Line

Hello,I am very happy to be with you again after a long time.I am actually quite late for FMM24,but fortunately FMM25 has not been released and we will wait for 26.Since I believe that we will continue our careers in this process,I want to appear before you with an effective tactic.

First of all,there are some criteria that I want you to pay attention to in every tactic sharing and I tell you about them in every content.I will continue this.In this game,we are managers,almost all the responsibility is on us,but we do not play on the field or control the players.That's why there are always things we need to pay attention to even in 'Plug N Play' tactics.

1-Controlling the players' personalities and keeping team dynamics as high as possible.

2-Communicating with the players regularly and keeping their morale high at all times.

3-Creating the coaching team carefully and consciously

4-Applying the players with the right training

5-Paying attention to the characteristics of the players to be recruited when creating the squad.

I am sure there are many more technical details,but if you pay close attention to these 5 items and apply them correctly,you will get more efficiency even from a bad tactic,or if you play the game by rote without paying attention to these,you can get very bad results even with very good tactics.Now we can move on to the tactical part of the matter.

In every tactic,it is necessary to pay attention to the player roles and characteristics.Based on this,in the tactic I created,there were important characteristics that I looked for in my players for the roles I chose.I will explain these to you.

1-Our goalkeeper must definitely be a good goalkeeper.Since we play with a three-man defense and a single stopper,we will sometimes see too many shots on our goal,so it is imperative to have a good goalkeeper.We must especially pay attention to reflexes,agility,speed,aerial and hand control.

2-We will want the same features in our defensive full-backs and our only stopper.Their aerial, passing,tackling, positioning,decisions and speed features must be good.

Also a tip,if you have players who can play both full-back and centre-back,you can train them as standard centre-backs first to improve their aerial skills and after their aerial skills improve you can train them as modern full-backs to increase their speed skills faster.

3-In addition to the features required by him role in the box-to-box midfield,we should also make sure that him shooting and creativity features are at least at a passable level,and we should also keep our offensive playmaker's shooting feature at least at a passable level,so I prefer to train him as a roaming playmaker as a training.

Now that we have completed this part, let's take a look at what we have achieved with this tactic.

This tactic has been tried with 3 teams.(Actually 4 but since my Brighton career has reached 2032,we will not take that into account.)

1-TSG HOFFENHEIM

A league title easily won.

In a slightly more competitive process,I managed to win another league title and also won the European Cup.

I also wanted to make things a little more difficult in my Roma career and did not change the starting 11 at the beginning of the game.(I made transfers for the reserve squad.)

1.NOTE:The 'Rich Benefactor' feature has been activated in careers.

2.NOTE:In this tactic,the coaching team in all careers has been selected as 2xFitness 2xAttack 1xMotivation.

3.NOTE:I could not get much efficiency from dead balls because I do not have a good dead ball tactic,I tried different ones in three careers but I definitely did not like the results.

4.NOTE:I did not make any changes to the tactical instructions according to the scores during the match.This is a 'Plug N Play' tactic.

Tried using team with Coventry City

Got promoted first season with decent success

In second season in the Prem and none of my players are converting any of there chances. Get around 16 shots a game Shooting stats are 14 for SS And my TF has 16 aerial with 18 shooting

Any tips?

Have you checked team dynamics and player morale?
14 shooting for SS may be considered a bit low for the Premier League.

The football being played is beautiful. Wonderful tactic. It's crazy exposed at the back but my team is still gelling. I'll accept it though for the wonderful football my team is playing.

Yeah my morale was pretty hard to manage since we lost most games but kept it around okay

i got demoted and am trying a SS with better shooting (17). He has scored a lot more , I just thought my target man was perfect for this.

Thank you for your kind thoughts.I haven't worked on 4231,I will work on it.
When I examine your defensive line,I see that it does not match the notes I mentioned.The profiles are wrong,when you have a better defensive line and especially a defensive line with players who are good at aerial,speed,decisions and positioning,your goal conceding problem will be solved.

Actually,the main purpose of this tactic is to build an effective game on SS rather than TM.
I noticed that TM works more effectively when it plays with its back turned to SS compared to other roles. (I think PF is not very good in the 4231/3331 system.)
We will get the real efficiency from SS.

I found great success with TM but I also experimented with DLF. I found with DLF the inside forwards scored more but the DLF was occupying the same space as the SS and negatively affected the SS. Changed it back to TM

Yeah I finished my second and third season. With a better shooting SS

Jamie Donley dominated the championship in that role on loan, then to replace him in the premier league I got N’Diaye who was good enough to get me 5th. Tactic is definitely working good just need the right players in some position. The defence is very solid surprisingly and attack scores a lot when the players quality are good

This tactic looks absolutely bonkers! I have no idea how it works given the setup, especially at the back but I can see that it's been successful which is great! How you're not massively exposed with one centre back and especially a BPD I have no clue so well done to you Sir.

You can train players according to the roles they have in your tactics.
A good mentor will be important for your young players.
In the staff team, I usually emphasize using attacking fitness and motivators.

Thank you brother.
I looked for the same features in all the players in the back three.
Aerial,speed,decisions, passing, positioning and tackling.
Thanks to these features,I minimized the ball loss and mistakes made by the back three per game.Since they were also good at aerial balls and positioning,they managed the defense well.

In TM,apart from Aerial,Strength,Shooting,Movement,I paid attention to team play,aggression,decisions and passing features.Because in this tactic,TM can be considered as an attacker supporting SS instead of the main attacker.

When there are 10 players left,I improvise.(I change players according to statistics such as score and remaining time.)

Been testing with other teams and finding a lot more success with this tactic.

This tactic is offensively amazing and defence is pretty decent as long as defence line is good.

SS and TM score most goals. Midfield all need shooting and especially the AP as they score 3rd most goals and provide most assists

Using tactic with Hamburger SV, got promoted first season 

First season in Bundesliga and absolutely dominating so far
