Hello everyone.Today I am here with a new tactic.
You can have fun seasons with this tactic and a correct dead ball organization.You have the chance to contribute to the score from almost every position.
There are some important points for us to get the maximum efficiency from the tactic.I will briefly touch on these and start sharing the test results and tactics.

1-Create a good Staff team.

2-Have a good team dynamic.(You can check it in the Team Report section.)
3-Apply the right training to the players

.4-Talk to your players often and always try to keep their morale high.

5-Take care to have a good goalkeeper.

This tactic was tested in four different leagues and with four different teams.Before sharing the results,although I am happy with the test results,I think this tactic is much more useful,especially for big teams.I will also explain which features are important in players according to their roles in the tactic after sharing the tactic and instructions.Now let's look at the test results.

1-CRYSTAL PALACE

At the end of the season,I managed to become the champion.I was eliminated early in the FA CUP.Unfortunately,I lost the final match in the Carabao CUP.I took care not to spoil the originality of the team.It was a difficult season because there is almost no bad team in the Premier League and there are very good teams.Also,I did not like the forward performances in this career (especially Mateta).You will see that the forward performances in other careers were very good,but I was disappointed in this team.

2-TORINO FC

I became the league champion in this career but unfortunately I was eliminated in the cup.

An unexpected development happened in this career and two teams competed for Vlasic in January,I sold him for a good price and I saw that Gyökeres was unhappy in Sporting.He definitely affected the season,thanks to him I easily got through the second half of the league.

I tried not to spoil the originality of the squad in this team.But Rich Benefactor was active and that's why I invested in the forwards and the wing(Brobbey,Gyökeres,Wimmer).

3-SIVASSPOR

This career was like rebuilding,to be honest.

I signed many free agents and players whose contracts were about to expire and I built a squad almost from scratch. My squad quality was terrible compared to teams like Fenerbahçe,Galatasaray and Beşiktaş,but I was in good shape compared to other teams in the league.

I won the league easily,but was eliminated in the cup.But I had a much better season than I expected with this team.

4-ATLÉTICO MADRID

I had already created this tactic by taking inspiration from Atletico Madrid.I won all the trophies that could be won and also managed to dominate the league easily.+94 Average was really a very good result.I only added one stopper to the squad and other than that I didn't even make any transfers to the team.This was definitely my most enjoyable career.

TACTIC & INSTRUCTIONS

Our wing back's crossing,pace,positions features are important.
Our inverted wing back's passing,aerial,pace,positions features are important.
Our Roaming Playmaker will be in the penalty area frequently,so in addition to his playmaker features,his shooting feature is also important.
Our winger will be in the penalty area frequently,his crossing,dribbling, speed features,as well as his shooting feature are important.
The whole team's decisions,team play,speed,passing features are important.

In set pieces,even if I mark the opponent goalkeeper with a single player,all the opponent players continue to be in the penalty area. Therefore,in my set piece tactic,one of my best headers takes a position at the front post,while the other marks the opponent goalkeeper.I instruct the full-backs to stay behind.I keep two of my players outside the penalty area.And I position all the other players at the back post.I tell my corner kicker to aim for the penalty spot.Since the density at the front post and the penalty spot decreases,the players here can score an average of 15-20 goals.

Brilliant work as always! Can you please ,post an image of corner set up because i didn't understand exactly your instructions. Keep up the good work mate! You give us an extra inspiration to play the game!

Thank you for your positive feedback my friend.

When I open a permanent career,I don't enjoy playing with the same tactics all the time.I switch to different tactics every 2-3 seasons,so I always try to understand the logic of the game engine first.I watch the matches in a wide highlight and slow way so that I can easily observe the players in the role.

I found and downloaded patches such as transfer patches,logos,jerseys in the 'FM24 Downloads' tab on this site.

This are by far the best Tactics i ever tryed even If i just plug and played. I currently managing Badajoz in the third spanish League. In the last season i promoted as Champion from the fourth League with my own created vers basic 442. In this season i got a decent squad but my results were so inconsistent. This Tactics from you just fits my Squad so good and i got a win stroke in the last Games and reach the Play ofs for spanish second League. I just can say this Tactics also work in lower Leagues and not just with big Teams. At first i was not sure about this Combination of the two strikers but its perfect and they working so good in build up and scoring.

Why not playing the Roaming Playmaker as a CM instead of CDM?

Why not playing the Roaming Playmaker as a CM instead of CDM?

Thanks for your positive feedback.

Playing the Roaming Playmaker in the CM position makes him more attacking and act as a link-up player. On the other hand,playing him in the CDM position helps with deeper build-up play and provides more defensive support.

Additionally,as he arrives later in the opposition’s penalty area when played as a CDM,he is more likely to pick up loose balls and second chances.

Playing a narrow-width W is actually similar to IF.In this tactic,you will often see W in the penalty area,so I think the right-with W player can also be left-footed,but his assist efficiency will decrease,so I recommend him to be right-footed.In IW,I paid attention to him being right-footed,but I have never tried it on a left-footed IW.Maybe it can be productive.
