Help Nothing work (name fix and squads updated)

Hi guys i have big problem. I try to use real name fix from this website but its don't work. I do everything like on tutorial, download changes.txt, copy and paste to files folder then in game reload skin, but it dont work. Same situation with transfer updates. Any help?
