Help Players personality in FM 24 mobile

I have played FM 24 mobile for a while now. I would say I haven't fully understand it yet but I noticed something in the game. My tactics are good but in matches players don't seem to do well especially striker so I went to the coach report to my strikers and noticed a bad comment from my coach which is “tends to struggle in big matches". I want to know if this can be fixed and how can I fix it. I have loaned two of my top strikers with excellent attributes because of this issue. I don't know what might help more. I need tips guys

The traits 'Tends to struggle in big matches' cannot be taken. Away from a player. And if the striker has great stats then don't play him in Cup matches or knockout matches because those are big matches'. Makes sense right?

Personallity.

Personallity plays a big part in the Game engine I think. I don't know if it is true or not. But A Striker with good personality traits like- 'Consistent' 'Determined' 'Thrives in big matches' is likely to score more goals than a striker with poor Personality traits.

I don't know if this is true or not but I noticed these things in game.

How to take away Negative Traits?

You can take some Personallity traits by mentioning them with a Experienced player with green traits.

For example if your player is younger then 23 years and he have a trait like 'Not determined ' you can take it away by Assigning him a mentor who is determined. When Mentoring will end most probably he will get that trait.

You can also change young players traits from red to green by Keeping squad dynamics great. With players who are Determined, Professional etc.

I know these methods if it helps you then try them.

Sadly there's nothing you can about it other than looking for a better striker/player mate.

• Those things are "Hidden Attributes". They cannot be changed manually (except for Work Rate), but they can grow through match play or gained through mentorship even though they have not always worked. You can use in-game edit tools to increase your work rate by changing your player's teamwork attribute, and that's about it. The other hidden attributes are unchangeable with the editor, which makes the editing tools useless most of the time.

• These are examples of hidden attributes that grow/gain when a player becomes influential or a team leader. However, keep in mind that this isn't permanent and can easily change depending on their squad status/hierarchy.

• Finally, the 'Hidden Attributes' can be dropped if the player's demand is not met, ex. when they asking for more money or game time. Which can be easily fixed if you talk to the player or give them a new contract or clear their unhappiness using edit tools, but sometimes when their "Professionalism" drops to red, it cannot go back up again, so be careful with that. If their "Loyalty" drops you can try sending him on loan for one season and see if it goes back up and if not just sell the player.
