Career The Yorkshire man career

As it says on the tin, going to do a 30 year career and see where it leads. I know a little bit about the team I'm starting with. Scunthorpe. Think few years ago they got into the championship, many moons ago. Sadly with money troubles has seen this great club plunge into the national North of England. I am using my Tactic, so let's see how we get on. Probably will be a few twists and turns maybe a few clubs here and there

Managed to secure a few loan signings, have to pay nothing which really helps 😀 🙂 👍 🙃 half decent players, but good enough for this league at least

A decent start by the lads, really can't complain at that, couple decent lads in this team, far to good for this league going sleep now as up at 2am, but will have another tinkle tomorrow

They are indeed pretty good for that level 👍 both strikers + both FBs look solid enough for example.

I was wondering if that right-back would be better used as a B2B / CM in central midfield. Depends on the depth you have in those two positions 😉 

Which of the 2 strikers are you going with? Higher aerial / strength, or higher shooting / decisions / teamwork 🤔 ?

Never thought of that Dan cheers buddy. Working quite nicely atm, squad is decent for this league hopefully maybe a little cup run to help those fiancés

Just noticed how young this 13 aerial / 15 strength striker is. Am wondering if there's an older mentor you could sign (on a free transfer, or on loan) who could develop his aerial? If you could get it up to 15/15, he'd be absolutely lethal in the lower leagues 🔥 especially as you've setup for those 2 WBs to cross into him <evil laugh>

You know what, as mad as this sounds. It actually works, I think the way it's set up, I've noticed this when on my other game. I put a guy of aerial of just (7) and he scored 5 goals lol 

But yeah great point there Dan, I think anybody would be quite a beast 🤔 I'll show you his stats, only 3/4 games in but, with no money its tough to sign decent players haha

Strength wise, he reminds me of that old Wycombe striker that scored against Liverpool

It's quite a enjoyable game FM 24, if you know what your doing, and you have a plan, sometimes long term is better, then short term. I normally start off in the danish lower leagues, so this is nothing knew to me haha. Actually scunthorpe are professional, with danish 3rd division, I think all of them are semi professional. I don't really like going beyond my means. Especially in the lower leagues. Its always quite possible to over spend and then go into the red. Have a great tactic, stick by it, and the fruits will come to bare always my philosophy

Well since last update form has really gone done. I'm very much like Postecoglou, I will not change my ways 🤣😄😬 couple of rubbish draws. 3 of them they scored in the last few mins of the 90. Really frustrating that is. I've done what I normally never do. And gone over my budget, I needed a bigger squad so thought, bugger it. Last 2 results have been better. We are still in the Playoffs, won our 1st FA Cup game hoping the players, listen to what I want of them

I like the look of this lad, what has put me me off keeping him long term, is he's not determined 

old but experienced 

brilliant for this level

What can I say???

I'm abit miffed at this one, I've only just signed the lad, mediocre is the word, and he's been called up to the Welsh squad, I am 7 Divisions down from the prem 😄

I will play these 2 youth lads in this FA Cup match, let's see how they do, haha

Not had chance to play this today. Had 2 quick fire games. The 2 youth lads, actually surprised me haha
