Tactics Diamond Tractor Boys: 4-4-2 Attacking Diamond.

25 years ago I was obsessed with Championship Manager. As much as I loved the game(s) I had the tactical acumen of a decapitated goldfish back then and as such I always employed a 4-4-2 Diamond formation because it always worked (most of the time) and Roy Keane existed.

Fast forward to the future, which is now, and I have never been able to use a 4-4-2 Diamond formation successfully in any FM Mobile game untill now. And here it is along with some random screenshots of stuff.

Remember, should you decide to use this tactic, that players should be suited to specific positions and roles.

However - for the DM positioned player employed as Roaming Playmaker as per above, I used players that were more suited to Ball Winning Midfielder role and had them training as such too. I don't know why but it worked so yay me!
