Help Best Backroom Staff Setup?

I’ve looking to optimise my staff in the prem with West Ham and I’m wondering what is the most optimal staff setup for a Premier League club with 5 star 5 star facilities?

I have space for 4 coaches (not including myself) 3 scouts and 3 physios.

Basically my question is what’s the best combination of each?

My current set up is:

Coaches:

• Motivational (Myself)
• Attacking
• Defensive
• Fitness
• Youth

Scouts:

• First Team Scout
• Youth Scout
• Tactical Analyst

Physios:

• Prevention
• Rehabilitation
• Rehabilitation

Also on a side note does anyone know what each coaching badge level does for scouts and physios?

Its the best set up, you already doing it because you have motivational trait the difference is if you pick attacking or defensive in the first place you should find a motivational coach with the same set up i think just that. I always use the set up like you Made i win everything

So about the coaching badge its just how good they are how they can be useful as a coach, if you hire a bronze or silver you can make them to take qualification for a better coaching badge like bronze to silver and silver to gold and sometimes they failed
