Xabi Doesn't play a 433 he step ups his team in a 3-4-3 or 3-4-2-1.

In Madrid he is playing with a 3-4-3.

2 CB and 1 BPD or Libero. With Fran Garcia WB and TAA as Winger or attacking FB.

One BBM and One DLP or CM(you can choose any) and Finally two IFs and a TF or CF.

I am not the best with this. Many here are better so they will surely help.

I personally will use 3 BPD because obviously Tchouameni is originally a DM so he will do a lot of pass and dribbles and libero might suit him because he position himself higher when the ball is in the final third, but Rudiger in a 3 back system really love to dribble forward even back in his Chelsea days. And Huijsen pass is unreal with both feet so he's gonna be another BPD. 

For midfield i agree Valverde on BBM. But Arda i prefer AP or CM instead of DLP because i find Arda Guler in the edge of the box a lot to find through balls and crosses. 

For Vini i will make him an IF in FL position instead of AML just so he doesn't drop too deep in defense. Bellingham didn't really go out wide that much so AM or SS will suit him more in my eye.

Gonzalo Garcia is a work horse on defense so PF might be good for him but TF/CF is also good. And if they switch to mbappe i probably do CF or Treq because he roam a lot especially to the left side so making him off-centered might help (?)

 

I'm sorry if this seems rude but i just love to ramble about my team lol. For the record I HAVEN'T TRIED IT YET, this is all just assumption based on what i watch (maybe it will not be effective in FMM but at least it's somewhat realistic).
