I have no idea on HEX, to complicated for me haha. Somebody on here will be able to help you buddy

For some ideas on how to create or modify players, or just everything about Hex, you can refer to the post by @NguyenDucAnh

You can't make a new player (I don't think anyone understands the save file format to that extent). You can only edit an existing player.

Honestly you are probably better using the My Club mode and adding a player to the squad that way, much much easier than HEX editing.
