Direct counterattack tactics.

Why have 70% possession and only shoot four times? Why watch matches with 600 passes and not see the players run on the pitch? My answer is that I don't like all that. I love having 40% possession and shooting 20 times and seeing the players run.

4-2-3-1 direct counterattack.

Strong, unbeatable defense and lightning-fast attacks

Fast and rapid play, in possession it becomes a 2-3-5 with the full-backs moving inside.

Non-stop movement.

is there a reason on why you put rodrygo higher than vini? is it because of the positioning of the fullback? (if i use IWB in the WBL, would i need to push the left IF higher to FL and pull back the right IF?)

and also the libero i'm still kinda skeptic about the role because their positioning are 50/50 on either godlike interception or just ignoring the ball.

would appreciate if you give more explanation on the build up/how they play and roles choice just like your other tactics.

apprezzeresti se fornissi maggiori spiegazioni sulla preparazione/come giocano e sulla scelta dei ruoli proprio come le tue altre tattiche. 

My idea is to break the opponents' lines. A team defends well if it has homogeneous and compact lines. With staggered positioning, we break the opponents' lines; to mark them, my players have to open up the opponents. Furthermore, with irregular positions, I can achieve greater triangular play during possession (as evidenced by the match screenshot).

I'm 100% sure. Guys, don't go modifying the tactic and then come here and say it doesn't work. I don't understand the purpose of modifying and unbalancing a tactic and then saying it doesn't work. The highlighted screenshot proves that it's not my initial tactic that I'm currently playing with.

...note my position in the league and how many games I had played...I even lost in my first game in EFL using this tactic...check the after screenshots 😂😂

This is after some few games played...the tactic is working in some way,I had a board objective of getting promoted this season.so far so good...no offense meant but this is not to some extent a plug and play tactic unless if you have pacy defenders from what I've observed...there was a game I was leading 4-1...and it ended up 4-4...lol...let me continue the season I will send update

Perfect, thanks. Consider that I'm playing for Real Madrid, and they have high-level players. In fact, after just a few games, the relationships between the players are already excellent. With a low-level team, you need more time. Train the players in their roles to achieve maximum skill in each role.

I use this emotional strategy:

victory = you deserve a day off

draw = let's stay focused on the objectives

defeat = additional training session

This produces a mental and performance boost that has allowed me to immediately reach goals with any team.

I think I'll start a new save on Sky Bet Two with MK Dons. I want to try the tactic of starting from the back and have more difficulty. Thank you for inspiring me to start from the back.

Ni kubad🥲....I have gotten upto the mid January....I have been on bad form for a couple of matches ...I have been loosing back n forth...my chances of getting a promotion are now zerooo.

You have a team that's one of the weakest in the league. I think you're working wonders. Anyway, I want to try with this team too, implementing personalized training and discussions, as I mentioned above.

Strange. You have Galatasaray. They're not a top club, but they're certainly a strong team. There must have been some imbalances within the locker room, or discussions weren't handled optimally. Obviously, in a career you always have to ask yourself: Who are we? Where do we want to go? Minimum and maximum objectives. With Galatasaray, I see it as difficult to win the Champions League.

...also... I don't understand one thing. How come you've had a career with old-school tactics and you say you'll win everything with Galatasaray, but then here with Galatasaray you're posting a disastrous career? Something doesn't add up.

I'm saying this tactic didn't work for me, but I guess not every tactic works for every team. I used someone else's tactic on this site and became a champion with it.

The tactics do generally work as long as you follow all the instructions and the guidance and either train players for the roles or buy better ones.

Exactly, my friend, I appreciate your input. It seemed like I'd become incapable of developing a simple tactic 😂 Also because my feedback in the tests is completely different, and I totally agree with what you said: training each player individually for their assigned role (starters, reserves, second team) and communicating before, during, and after the match, as well as praising the best players of the week... all this allows for a winning career. Tactics are just a guideline for what we like to see on the pitch. There are no winning or losing tactics, just balanced or unbalanced tactics.

There's the DEVELOPMENT CENTER menu, which most users overlook, but which offers a world of options and settings to use.

How do you manage individual workouts? I saw, for example, that you assign movement, positioning, or stamina to many workouts. What do you base this on, and how often do you change it?

The Old Lady is a different setup if you mean it's latest version.
