Chat Regen help/advice

Anyone know who's regen is this? Just starting my 3rd season with PSG and he's come from the youth system! Also .... i was thinking about re training him as a striker, he only really has pace for it, as you can see his shooting, decisions, movements and even aerial are all pretty low but in your guys opinion, with all them green personality traits and his age, would it work with decent mentors and focused training.

I'd say do not try to retrain him as Striker, Cause players have a Build, like this one have a Winger build. So it's best to train him as a Winger, although it's possible you can retrain him as Striker but I think it will take quite a time

He would also be a good IF. You can train his finishing but even with it being low, he’s got key stats elsewhere that the game likes for IF. 
 

In terms of who he is, does he has a second nationality?
