Chat 4123 help?

I made this tactic with a view to have the poacher score as many as possible, ive had relative success (tis PSG after all) but I feel like there's just something missing and I can't put my finger on it!?! 

It creates opportunities but if the poacher doesn't score then goals are hard to come by, at the same time it seems to concede a few ( I haven't passed the quarter finals in the Champs league ) bigger teams can run riot!! 

I feel like there's something there just maybe needs some tweaks, any advice is much appreciated 👏

Some minor things I noticed-

1. You are using Two AP on AMC position, so they will end up on each other and will be easy to mark by Opposition DMC, so change on AP to SS and see what happens. SS will also score when your P will not 

2. Against big teams you need to Adapt, I think switching Control or Attacking mentality can see you out.
