Chat Game crashes on must respond development hub!!!

So I thought it was just in one game I played. But I started a new season and has happened exactly the same time on the same email regarding players in development hub. When you click respond the game crashes and freezes.

Play the whole season and get to the end of the season and has happened on both saved games. Different teams in different leagues.
