I'm kinda interested to Only-Basque transfer policy challenge and want to play but how did you really Indetified which players is Basque origin and which one are not?

When you are searching for players to sign, you can set nation to "Basque region", That way you can find basque players.

If you play with Bilboa it automatically makes non Basque players unsignable
