Help Changes.txt not working on 15.3.1

I have tried installing a changes.txt file for 25/26 player transfers using FV file Explorer and copying the file to com.netflix.NGP.FootballManagerMobile/ files

I followed the steps which were given as in Reloading skin and starting a new save. It hasn't worked I am on Andriod and my game version is 15.3.1

Have you followed all the steps precisely? If so, and it's still not working, then please post the exact steps you are following, together with screenshots, so we can identify what is wrong.

For example - I always forget step 3: to start a new save, save it, quit, then reload and resave it.

1. Download the changes.txt file I want to use

 

2. Use FV file manager to move the changes.txt file to /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/ com.netflix.NGP.FootballManagerMobile/ files/

 

3. Launch the game

 

4. Go to settings and reload skin

 

5. Start a new save and then exit and reload that save
