You can use the editor buddy, so just use German players to play for Faroe Islands etc I have done it on this year's edition. Think Germany had about 400 pages so I have like over 50 nations I can manage, including Liechtenstein, Faroe Islands all of Europe. Some African teams, new Zealand, Bolivia etc makes the game abit more fun 

Then every year the game spirts out new players, same nation for all the players that play for that nation, pretty fun haha

I did all of Europe, its pretty cool actually haha 😄 😆 

Took me about 2 days to do, but it's well worth it lol 😆 😅 ☺️

Alternatively would this work?
I haven’t tried it myself

•  Start a new save with the ‘create a club’ option (not a normal career)
• Create as many new players with Faroe nationality as you can (preferably 40 year olds, on 1 season contracts, with 0.5* CA and whatever PA you want)
• Then when you start the save, if there’s +50 Faroe players in the database, the national job should become playable … plus at the end of season all your 40 year olds will retire, hopefully giving you a bunch of Faroe regens to develop!

Would this work? Any suggested improvements?

@leedsunited87 Using the editor with German players to unlock smaller nations like the Faroe Islands sounds like a fun project. Definitely makes the game more interesting when you can manage unique teams like Liechtenstein or New Zealand. Respect for putting in the time to edit all that! 😄

@DanEnglish Your method sounds clever too. Creating older players to trigger Faroe regen generation is a creative workaround. I might actually give that a try and see how it goes.

How many players do you need to add to make a nation manageable? I have 58 players for Faroe Islands but they still arnt manageable

I did 10 pages buddy, then give time, they sack their manager

I figured it out, after adding all the players to Faroe Islands and sacking their manager I had to close and reload my save to make them appear in the available jobs list and get the apply button.

i've done the "create a club" and put in a lot of Indonesian players. But it seems that the managed nation won't move in the world rankings. any help or explanations?

Changing players nationality will trigger a mess in regen’s names. 
 

You will get Mamadou Kantarovski playing for Ireland, while Rustem McKenna will score loads of goals for Liechtenstein.

Hello, I want to manage the Bulgarian and Georgian National Teams in FM 26 Mobile, but unfortunately they are not unlocked. I don't know how to do it any other way. Could you please help me with this?
