Chat Youth Team - tactics and instructions

Hello Community!

 

I'm starting a career in Argentina with a very young and underperforming team. What tactics and instructions do you recommend?

A couple of options:

• Loans - Recommended if you want to maximise your season 1 performance - loan in an entire new 1st team squad (15-18 players) for the season, while this team are either (a) loaned out for 1st team matches, or (b) play in your youth squad for mentoring, positional retraining, fitness coaching.  
   
• Black Hawk - Recommended if you want to play this young squad, then it seems they are setup for a 4123 like the black hawk tactic. If needed you can customize this to your team’s strengths - see my latest post on that black hawk thread. My biggest concern: ‘is your central Striker good enough?’ (As your screenshots don’t show his physical attributes)
   
• Other tactics will also be fine - just depends on the attributes of your key players - like your DCs, DM/MCs and central ST 🤷
