Help Release clause

Hi, i was wondering if there was a way of taking off the release clause when you play in Spain? Not sure if you can but all my good players have very low release clauses and even if i offer new contracts they don't accept a high one,  any help possible would be great  many thanls

The solution is when you receive an offer for your player, without opening it, you go and offer the player a contract. When he accepts it, the offer you received is automatically rejected.

In La Liga, release clauses are mandatory by law for all professional players and allow players to terminate their contracts upon payment of a predetermined sum. This clause was introduced to give players greater contractual freedom with respect to their clubs and is based on an agreement signed between the parties, which establishes the amount to be paid to terminate the contract before its natural expiration date.
